There was a significant discrepancy between what I learned during the interview and the actual situation after starting the job.

During the interview, I was told that the current project was progressing smoothly and that relevant personnel would provide guidance after I joined. However, after actually joining, I discovered that the existing project was already behind schedule, and new employees were required to take over quickly despite limited handover and background information. (There was absolutely no one to guide me.)

In my opinion, the onboarding and handover mechanisms for new employees were severely inadequate. I had to spend a great deal of time independently understanding the existing products and project details, and I was required to take a product operation assessment less than a week after starting. There was also a considerable discrepancy between the training content and the actual assessment requirements.
