The parent company, Wistron, is well-known.
The company operates an online course platform. During the first interview, HR gives you an assignment to develop a proposal. After completing it, you have to go to the company to present it to the team. If you pass, they then arrange a third interview with the boss. I initially expected it to be a sizable company with established systems, but the actual experience fell somewhat short of those expectations.
I’m not sure whether the interviewer was unable to determine from my previous experience, portfolio, and interview performance whether I had the professional skills to do the job. My takeaway was that after joining this company, there is a high likelihood of being treated as a workhorse, with little opportunity for long-term career development.
