They’ll steal your ideas and use them! During the interview, they tell you they won’t use your proposal? Don’t worry—the result is that not long afterward, you’ll see your proposal content go live and running == Absolutely ridiculous. Then they also try to slash the salary by 6,000–8,000. Unbelievable!
Also, during the interview, the senior manager kept spouting English nonstop, and it was all abbreviations. Please—there are several job titles abbreviated as PM alone. What exactly is going on with discussing things with interviewees using a bunch of English abbreviations from your own company?
And then their attitude was so arrogant! They kept saying, “So your xxx (what’s that in English?)”

Don’t write a proposal or plan! They’ll secretly take it and use it. Everyone, stay strong 👍
What a strange company. They make it sound as if the company is very wealthy, but then can’t afford to pay the salary and still want to slash it drastically. What a joke.
