The dormitory management department regularly requires overtime. As mentioned above, they try their best to avoid mentioning overtime, but given the workload, it is impossible not to work overtime.

Sometimes foreign workers ask to be paid in cash, so occasionally you have to front the money yourself and claim it back from the company the following month. Personally, I don't really like having to front the money.
