Most office jobs do not require much expertise; anyone with working hands can do them. The essential skills are obedience and pretending not to see. New graduates cannot build a strong résumé, while people with work experience become less competitive the longer they stay.
The company’s systems are old-fashioned, and the workplace atmosphere is extremely poor. Many senior employees are a main reason junior employees resign. The company has no intention of addressing this, yet wants to hire more young people to create a youthful image. Suitable for exceptionally obedient people, or superhumans who can completely separate work from life, to take on the challenge.
