Pros

I am a former employee and only stayed for a few months because I really couldn't tolerate some of the workplace culture there. As for the advantages, they generally don't force people to work overtime. However, if you can't finish your work, you still have to obediently stay and complete it. The boss is fairly generous with salaries. The workload depends on how busy the route you are assigned to is. At the time, I wanted to resign partly because the route I was assigned to was quite busy, and partly because there was someone at the company who had plenty of free time and went around meddling in everything. I don't want to say who it was; I can only say that she sits at the front desk. I was once reprimanded because I didn't identify myself during a phone call. She would also scold people for putting things in the wrong place. I'm not even in her group, but she still had something to say about me. Honestly, it felt terrible. Later, I also heard from colleagues that she excessively harassed anyone she didn't particularly like. You weren't even allowed to eat breakfast or use your phone at your desk. However, no one seemed able to do anything about her, presumably because she had been there for a long time. In any case, I recommend that people who plan to work there avoid being on the same floor as her; otherwise, you might receive her iron-fist education.
