After actually working there, my personal impression is that the company’s overall systems and work environment are relatively traditional, and the benefits are not particularly outstanding. If you are accustomed to companies with more comprehensive systems and efficient processes, you may first need to assess whether you can adapt.

The internal workflows are relatively cumbersome, and some practices are rather outdated. When issues arise, it is not always possible to quickly find an efficient way to handle them. Overall, the work culture also has the style of a traditional enterprise, which differs quite noticeably from some of today’s companies that emphasize efficiency and flexibility.

As for relationships among colleagues and the team atmosphere, everyone’s experience is different, so I will not comment further on that.

If you are considering whether to join, I suggest asking more about the actual job responsibilities, systems, benefits, and how the team operates during the interview, and then assessing whether the company is a good fit for you.
