Location: Southern Taiwan Science Park, TSMC, Xinshi (B3F; after the steel structure by China Steel is completed, taking over the RC and interior work)

Position: Engineer

Monthly salary: 65K + TSMC allowance of 20K/month

Three major holidays: 2K–3K each

Year-end bonus: 2–3 months

Mid-year bonus: 1 month (performance rating must be A or Excellent)

Bonuses: Milestone-based (structural completion, topping-out, completion) (completion bonus is paid only if there is a profit)

Period: (late September–late October) 2 years (2026–2028)

Staffing: Approximately 1 engineer per person

Dormitory: None (only available for employees from outside the county/city)

Days off: 8 scheduled days; 4 days of on-call duty required (overtime pay provided); +1 day during your birthday month (must be taken within that month)

Night duty: Basically until 22:00; RC work requires overnight shifts (scheduled)

Mobile phone: TSMC-dedicated phone (monthly fee 400; excess charges deducted from salary)

Interview: Department head of Zhonggong’s fourth division (standard, ordinary sales pitch)

Test: Multiple choice + true/false (occupational safety + construction site manager questions)

Uniform: Polo shirt, not a dress shirt

During the interview: Emphasized that the work is very demanding

Downside: No dormitory; getting home after finishing work at midnight is too far
