If you want to grind levels, come on in; if you want a normal job, think it over carefully.

All I can say is that everyone who comes in is a brave soul. There are a bunch of crappy holes for you to fill, and don't expect anyone to show you the ropes. Regardless of whether you have experience, they'll just dump the work on you. Basically, every department only creates problems and shifts the blame.

The people who came before have already issued enough warnings. If you're still willing to come in, all I can say is that you're very brave.
