Interviewed for an office position

Was required to work as a part-timer for one week before starting the job

Was told that, because it is a Japanese company,

everyone has to start as a part-timer

But your salary and benefits are not Japanese-style

I replied that I could accept it

104 informed me that they were busy with payroll at the beginning of the month

and would get back to me

In the end, they never got back to me at all

The employer branding of this Japanese brand is really poor

If they found someone, they could have simply replied that they had found a suitable candidate

Leaving people hanging like this shows that there would be major problems working for this company
