I agree with what was said below.
They put on the image of being a happy enterprise, but are very stingy when it comes to employee benefits.
They keep a bunch of old-timers and director-level managers around waiting for retirement.
The people mentioned above are very incompetent 🤭
One year, the most absurd employee trip was to the tourist castle in Chiayi that they built themselves…
They give near-expiry products for the three major holidays, and there may not necessarily be a year-end bonus every year.
When there is one, it’s only a few thousand dollars.
