After being with the company for over two years, overall, I feel it has both advantages and areas that need improvement.
The advantages are that the work-life balance is fairly good, working hours are relatively regular, and colleagues generally get along well. In addition, the products the company develops are not merely concepts or demos; there are opportunities to participate in real-world technology applications and actual projects. For those who want to explore new technologies or build project experience, this is a relatively appealing aspect.
Having worked here for over two years and worked for several years in total, I feel that no company is completely free of problems, and every boss can change suddenly and be difficult to predict. Whether it is a good fit still depends on what each person values. If you prioritize work-life balance and also hope to work with technology applications that are implemented in the real world, I think there are still worthwhile reasons to stay.
The downside is that the company is not very large, and some systems, processes, cross-departmental coordination, and management are still not fully developed. Sometimes you need to be more proactive about confirming things yourself, and you also need a certain ability to adapt when changes occur.
