There are no advantages I can point to.

I can only say that the comments on Jobstreet are true. I should have trusted them and declined the interview. Of all the companies I’ve interviewed with recently, this one gave me the worst impression.

I don’t know what was going on with the people there. Normally, when regular employees see an unfamiliar person standing outside the entrance looking confused, wouldn’t they usually show some concern? Everyone in the entire company was extremely introverted—I have no idea what they were being so introverted about. = =

During the interview, they kept asking about relevant experience from a previous job. Even after I explained, they continued to distort what I was trying to express, and they barely introduced the responsibilities of the position. The questions they asked were also very vague, so I had to keep spending time trying to figure out what the interviewer was actually asking and how I should answer. After the interview, I felt completely drained... In the end, after spending more than an hour interviewing me, when the HR staff escorted me out, I casually asked a little more about the company’s structure (because at the beginning I had gone to the wrong floor and thought that was also their company, and the staff there were equally cold). The HR representative escorting me out actually replied, “You don’t need to worry about that for now.” = =

Putting aside whether they intended to hire me, isn’t answering interviewees’ questions properly and building a professional image for the company the most basic responsibility of HR? I can’t even tell who was being unprofessional anymore...
