1. The résumé content is cumbersome. Some of the questions are things that other companies would only ask during the interview, but having to answer them in writing makes the process extremely lengthy.

2. Disrespectful to interviewees. I waited alone for more than 50 minutes at a small table in the corner, with no tea or water. No one came to conduct the interview, and no explanation was provided. Since I did not know how much longer I would have to wait, I ultimately had no choice but to cancel the interview.
