* The returning manager’s competence is really somewhat worrying :)

* Alas, the manager is truly nothing but an obstacle and provides no help at all. Miserable.

* Why do ineffective managers lack self-awareness? Is it simply due to a lack of capability? We have a lot of them here.

* Today I personally witnessed the manager pushing work onto others ... help~~ And they did it with such self-righteous conviction. I thought, wow, impressive.

* Anything no one wants to do gets pushed onto you. They carry the title of manager, but may be weaker than a new hire. What they are relatively good at is accepting work and then assigning it to their subordinates to increase their own credit score. But when it comes to having the manager do things, it may not be that they are unwilling—it is that they simply lack the ability to do them 🙂

* A suggestion for the managers here: sometimes saying nothing is the best performance. Trying to make your presence felt will only expose your shortcomings and make you lose face.

* The higher the rank, the less they understand, and the worse their ability to handle things.

* You can never wake someone who is asleep. The customer’s requests are clearly right there, but the higher-ups here still interpret them according to their own ideas. In the end, even when the customer gets angry, they show no reaction, yet they keep claiming to put the customer first??? I can’t help laughing.
