1. Does being punctual for work and leaving on time count?
2. Does not making arbitrary deductions count?
3. Does having many relatives and cronies count?
4. Does having quite a few communication barriers count?
1. From top to bottom and inside out, the systems are outdated. Reform is constantly advocated, and AI is even being used, but the advocates do not understand even the most basic logic of store operations, sales, and work processes.
2. Colleagues are not very friendly. It is understandable that they are targeting the company, but many new employees in various departments are left on their own or receive incomplete handovers.
3. Since I joined the company, the highest number of people I have known to leave in a single month has been more than 20, and many of them were long-term employees with over 10 years of service.
4. Managers rely on their educational backgrounds and experience to look down on or humiliate employees. They often communicate unilaterally and force employees to agree with what they say; otherwise, they pressure employees to take responsibility by shifting the blame. This is workplace bullying.
