The PM of a certain project bullies newcomers. They act obsequiously and try to be cute around peers and superiors, but put on a completely different face with newcomers and have an extremely poor attitude. However, because this person only bullies those they perceive as weaker than themselves, most superiors are unaware and can only wonder why the employee turnover rate is so high XD
