1. The boss does not sign off on urgent documents personally, but likes to compress subordinates’ working time.
2. The supervisor does not even know what they want and likes to tell employees to figure it out themselves.
3. The year-end bonus is only one month’s salary, and it is paid in four installments (I heard that employees who join in 2026 will not receive a year-end bonus).
4. New hires have to find a way to dig up materials left by their predecessors (usually without success, because this company has no concept of document management).
5. There is no overtime pay for business trips on holidays.
