There are actually some projects where you can learn technical skills, but they’re about as rare as Japanese-made compressors.

They don’t respect professional expertise and promote using one person as a substitute for many. The on-call allowance may even be less than what you could earn begging for a day at a major train station.

Strictly speaking, none of the managers is the worst when considered individually, but when they combine forces and use their combo moves, the people below them are absolutely left wailing in misery.

I strongly advise capable people not to join this company. I also wouldn’t recommend coming here to learn office politics, because even the palace-intrigue tactics here are rudimentary and unimpressive. I only recommend this place to people interested in the long-term care industry, because there are plenty of fat cats here whose expertise is gossiping, waiting for people to come and provide long-term care for jobs they themselves can’t even clearly describe.
