The boss is not bad and is considered to have relatively progressive ideas.
After reading the comments from other Taiwanese employees, I guess I belong to the early period. I have already returned to my home country.

They take credit, shirk responsibility, and do not dare to admit their mistakes, allowing all the freeloaders to stay inside enjoying the air conditioning.
A person named Yang Yanjun has nothing to do, walks around, and secretly smokes in the factory all the time.
It would be one thing if they had nothing to do, but they also keep spreading rumors and provoking conflicts between people.
The boss knows about it too, but is just as corrupt. All I can say is that there is no hope.
This company really will be brought down by you people. No wonder it cannot make money.
