During the interview, I also saw what a predecessor had written and was originally very worried that it might really be like that.
However, before the interview, HR called to conduct an interview, and I asked very clearly about everything I needed to know.
So after joining the company, I haven’t encountered too many issues, and I am still employed there.
The company’s systems are really lacking in various ways compared with those at my previous company.
However, I’ve seen that the company is promoting new systems and revising existing ones.
I feel I can continue working here smoothly.
