The interview process was relaxed and pleasant. The HR representative conducted an extremely thorough background investigation and asked very detailed questions. The hiring manager and HR manager also had a very enjoyable conversation with me. After keeping me busy for two hours, I was told that the position had already been filled internally. I have to ask: What exactly were we busy doing for those two hours?

I’ll make a bold assumption that there are too many parasites in this company, with everyone slacking off and muddling through, so they have no choice but to use interview candidates to kill time. Absolutely awful.
