The only advantage of this job is that the colleagues are all very nice.
The people most likely to set traps for you are usually the boss’s favorites.
Climbing the ladder by stepping on other people’s corpses is really f***ed up.
As for everything else, it’s basically a collection of every possible disadvantage.
What the boss is best at isn’t management, but insulting employees and their entire ancestry; what they do most often isn’t communicate, but humiliate people.
There are so many company rules that it feels like playing a survival game, and every single one is based on the boss’s personal preferences.
You have to do your actual job at work, while also moonlighting as the person who orders lunch, handles general affairs, and tends the garden.
One person is worked like three; the work never gets finished, but new bizarre tasks show up every day.
Some companies are short-staffed;
this company is short on conscience.
