None at all
The only advantage is that it is conveniently located for transportation
The common facilities are there, but you cannot actually use them
The boss is emotionally unstable and emotionally manipulates employees
During the interview, the stated working hours were 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The lunch break was included in the working hours
A seven-and-a-half-hour workday sounds great, right?
But after joining, the only day I left work on time was the first day
Whenever it was time to leave at 5:30 p.m., the boss would suddenly dump something on me and tell me to produce it immediately
If you said that you wanted to leave, the boss would start emotionally manipulating you
They would conclude that you were simply not capable enough to leave work on time
Fine, none of that is the main issue
The main issue is that the boss did not graduate from a design program at all
When a piece of work needed revisions, the boss could not provide any substantive or professional advice
They would only say vague things like,
“I just want it to be beautiful, have a sense of quality, and look good.”
You have to learn to read the boss’s mind
Furthermore, the boss would use the company’s surveillance cameras to secretly listen to and observe what employees discussed privately
You had to be extremely careful about what you said at the company
