Pros
1. Supervisors take training new employees seriously
2. From what I’ve heard, the benefits have only increased and have never been reduced
2. All kinds of benefits are provided in cash, rather than fobbing employees off with gift vouchers
3. At the year-end party, you don’t have to put on entertainment for the supervisors; there’s only a prize draw
Cons
1. The company takes the KPIs it has committed to quite seriously
2. The building is too old.....
