Don't come.
I only received the three holiday bonuses after reporting the company after resigning.
They only gave them because they were afraid of being fined. Those who didn't report the company didn't receive anything.
When treating employees, they report it as the employees' personal income.
There aren't really any systems in place either—maybe it's a tiny company.
It's a family business; the accountant is his wife's relative.
If performance doesn't meet his expectations within a short period, he wants to cut employees' salaries.
