The work itself isn’t difficult; the hard parts are getting along with coworkers and dealing with a difficult manager.
1. There are many cliques within the company.
2. The manager only says superficial, empty platitudes and lacks professionalism.
3. The salary calculation is very strange; you receive less pay during the month of Chinese New Year.
4. Senior employees come first; new hires are expected to stand aside.
5. There is no complete system, so figuring things out on your own takes a lot of time. As long as you still get paid, they don’t care.
6. Don’t expect a promotion—if you cling tightly to the manager’s coattails, you can get a raise.
7. The manager has lunch-related difficulties, and you even have to deliver meals on a tray and attend to him like an emperor.
8. Everything wonderful you hear when you first join is fake! Fake!
