Employees get fairly high discounts on purchases, but the points earned can only be used in the store.
For regular store staff only, colleagues generally support one another, and the atmosphere is pretty good.
There are an enormous number of miscellaneous tasks: managing two delivery platforms, placing orders, following up on customers’ various issues and repurchase rates, as well as many things that cannot be mentioned.
And then the salary is only 390 Big Macs.
At the same time, the head office often produces promotional copy that seems to contradict itself.
Otherwise, the quality of the fruits and vegetables is poor, yet the branches are expected to absorb the costs themselves.
In a nutshell, unless you’re just here to experience life, run for the hills.
