No advantages at all, just empty promises.
There is far too much that needs improvement. The company has only three people: the boss, the vice president, and an employee. The employee is the one who works the hardest and has to do everything:
Sweep the floor, wipe the tables, clean the coffee machine and the boss’s cup. Apart from inspecting goods and replying to customers’ emails, everything else is done by the employee.
What they love to say is, “If you don’t know, ask.” But after you ask, they say, “Go check the emails. It’s all in the emails.” Isn’t that just stating the obvious? If everything is in the emails, why ask again?
