None at all
The experiences shared by the previous interviewees are indeed accurate.
Only after arriving on-site did I find out that I had to fill out a pile of forms and take a bunch of tests.
The tests included a logic test, an English test (junior-high-school level), and an aptitude test.
Interviewees could only sit in a transparent meeting room without a door, located right outside the elevator.
HR only came to collect the information and hand out the test papers; they did not mention any company benefits, salary, year-end bonus, or holiday bonuses at all.
It was obvious at a glance that they were only looking for people to help HR boost its performance figures.
Anyone coming for an interview should be mentally prepared for it to take at least two or three hours.
If the interview position is in areas such as mechanical design, product ID, or packaging, you also have to take a Creo hands-on test (they never mentioned beforehand that there would be a hands-on test).
After the hands-on test, the interviewing supervisor then proceeds to belittle or criticize you in various ways based on your previous work experience and education,
so that she can lower your salary after hiring you.
All I can say is that this company is not worth interviewing with. It is a complete waste of time and shows no respect for interviewees.
