I would like to share the following points based on my personal work experience for job seekers’ reference:
1. The company’s internal processes and SOPs are not very clearly defined, and the handover information is limited. Some tasks require employees to figure things out independently, making it relatively difficult for newcomers to get up to speed.
2. Information related to the work is relatively scattered, and the time available for learning is limited. Sometimes, the pace of existing employees is used as the standard, which can be more stressful for those who have just taken over the work.
3. Regarding management style, the supervisor’s instructions are sometimes adjusted frequently, so communication requires additional time to understand and confirm the direction.
4. The company encourages employees to contribute their ideas, but in actual implementation and feedback, the standards and expectations are sometimes inconsistent, requiring employees to interpret and gauge them from multiple perspectives on their own.
5. Salary and labor insurance coverage tend to follow a basic arrangement. From my personal perspective, there is still room for discussion regarding growth opportunities and the design of relevant systems. (It is recommended that job seekers learn more before applying.)
6. Although it was initially stated that overtime would be infrequent, in practice, those who are not yet familiar with the work may need to spend more time adapting.
7. For employee activities, such as company trips, employees are required to participate in the planning themselves.
8. When the workload or pace is particularly demanding, the company tends to assess suitability based on an individual’s ability to adapt, with less adjustment made at the organizational or procedural level.
The above reflects my subjective personal experience. Actual circumstances may vary depending on the department or the time period, so it is recommended to confirm these matters thoroughly during the interview.
