Can't think of any pros
A company that completely ignores the Labor Standards Act
If you want to be a slave, go ahead and work here. The boss and the boss's wife act as if there will always be someone else to take your place if you don't show up
Annual leave is stuck at seven days forever
Years of service count for nothing
Overtime pay does not comply with the Labor Standards Act
Anyway, it's a small place like Hualien, so they aren't afraid of anything
Most of the work comes from the county and city governments
They often take on some inexplicable government tenders
After putting up with it for nine years, I quit; the starting salary at my new job was already higher than at this lousy company
Looking back at those pay raises just makes me feel like a complete idiot for wasting my life there
