Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with, and there’s no backstabbing—everyone supports one another~
The boss is also very generous to employees, often sharing food and drinks with them 😊
The company is doing very well, and departments that meet their targets receive departmental bonuses 🤩🤩🤩
The company benefits are pretty good: after reaching certain years of service, employees receive overseas travel subsidies, insurance, and childcare allowances for their children!
Cons
The pace is fairly fast. When things get busy, they’re really busy, so you need to be able to adapt.
