Hone yourself through hardship and suffering, learn, and do good deeds
Cons
1. Entirely dependent on rule by individuals, and the industry has no future
2. Management only knows how to copy and paste and scold people
3. Emphasizes having one person handle multiple tasks while fantasizing that bananas alone are enough to pay them
4. Extremely high turnover; middle and senior management have been almost completely wiped out
