Pros
The advantage is that HR will clearly tell you that there is no “overtime pay.” This can save you a lot of detours.
They will also let you know afterward whether you have advanced to a second interview.
Cons
The interview process has a strong “rule by personal connections” feel.
After watching the company owner's introduction video, I mistakenly thought the company was a place that respected professional expertise.
Little did I know that the salary was unprofessional.
