The company offers many bonuses, and colleagues who are not in management positions are generally easy to get along with.
1. The company has many unwritten rules and is extremely strict; the atmosphere at work is very quiet.
2. There is a culture of routinely working overtime (without overtime pay), and people will comment if you leave work on time.
3. You can only wear formal attire to work; jeans and similar clothing are not allowed.
4. Bonuses and raises depend not on your abilities, but on whether you have won the favor of the executive assistant.
5. Although the company has been established for nearly 40 years, it can still be said to have virtually no rules.
6. Many ineffective meetings are held every day, and a large number of meeting minutes are produced, wasting a great deal of work time.
