I worked on the 7th floor, in the Business x Department, handling business development.
1. Every day, you also have to take turns being the person on duty, distributing packages or delivering packages to the person on duty on each floor.
2. The senior manager really likes to emotionally manipulate people.
3. Training consists of asking you to watch videos, but they do not give you time to watch them. Instead, they ask you to start working first, so you end up preparing quotations without understanding anything.
4. You have to write your daily work progress, as well as a weekly work report and what you have learned.
5. The office is extremely quiet; basically, no one talks.
6. The manager dumps a pile of work on me, none of which she has to do herself.
7. There is a weekly meeting every week, which is extremely meaningless.
8. If you can flatter your way into a management position and hold on until then, it feels like it would be a cushy job.
