Pros
No overtime pay—there is no need for cloud and software engineers and others in similar roles to let themselves be mistreated; outside, there is nowhere to seek help after being bullied.
Internally, they directly demand kickbacks and even threaten people when there are recordings.
The thief cries “Stop thief.”
