Administrative work is completely meaningless. Things that are obviously going to have to be redone are nevertheless forced through.

I don't know whether this is coming from higher-ups or if they simply want to make things difficult for dispatched workers.

Even when concerns are raised, they twist the meaning and treat them as unreasonable personal attacks.
