Administrative work is completely meaningless; things that are obviously going to have to be redone are forced through anyway.

I don't know whether this is coming from upper management or if they simply want to make things difficult for dispatched workers.

Even when concerns are raised, they twist the meaning and treat them as unreasonable personal attacks.
