The senior employees are extremely rude to newcomers. One of them treats me like his underling and orders me around as if he were the most important person. Another one said, when I reminded him that his way of speaking was unacceptable, “If you can’t accept it, then don’t.” How ridiculous. Clearly, the problem was with those senior employees, yet they still expected me to apologize? A supervisor who is so unreasonable should pack up and go home. They also don't teach you how to do anything; they only tell you at the last minute, and then, when something goes wrong, they come back and scold you, saying it's your problem. (At the Xianxi plant,) workplace verbal bullying is also quite serious at this company. 👍
