Managers generally do not obstruct leave requests; colleagues in the team often take leave to travel abroad

The HR department is extremely unprofessional.

During the interview, I asked whether motorcycle parking was available.

HR said yes, but did not mention that after joining the company, employees would need to queue to apply for a parking permit.

It took four months before I could legally park there (finding a parking space independently was nearly impossible; everyone parked illegally on the sidewalks).

During the interview, I asked HR how much the year-end bonus was.

The answer I received was one month’s salary.

Only after joining did I learn that the year-end bonus was available only to employees whose performance ranked in the top few percent of the company.

Moreover, the performance evaluation method for new employees was extremely strange.

The manager said, “You have only been here for a short time, so it is impossible for you to achieve the same performance as someone who has worked for a full year.”

Therefore, there was no year-end bonus.

The work SOPs were also a complete mess.

Different people in the same team were responsible for technical work and management,

which made it easy for new employees to feel lost, with no standard to follow.
