Large companies generally have well-established systems.
The quality of communication within the company is seriously poor.
The creative side is genuinely very well protected, so maintaining the relationship requires being extremely proactive.
The situation on the account-management side depends on the team. Some teams are extremely oppressive, leaving team members with almost no room to express themselves, while the overtime situation is also very serious. This creates a vicious cycle resulting in a very poor work environment.
Overall, it is a company centered on creativity, and the other teams need to devote considerable resources to supporting it.
