Colleagues are easy to get along with; we empathize with and support one another through our shared struggles.
The company owner is a second-generation heir. His tendency to change decisions from one moment to the next is exhausting, and he has poor emotional control. In his mind, because he pays you a salary, you are there to be humiliated by him. The company has no systems; its only guiding principle is to prioritize his own interests. There are virtually no benefits for employees. Reimbursement for business trips can be delayed for two or three months or more, leaving tens of thousands of dollars tied up—is this a charity organization I’m working for? There are no salary increases and no bonuses (the threshold is set extremely high), and the pay is quite average. Internal turnover is very high, and there is no promising future for development.
