Pros
It depends on the boss's mood—when they like you, they'll treat you well.
Cons
When they don't like you, they start deliberately making things difficult. The worst part is that they engage in workplace bullying and intentionally force people out because they don't want to pay severance. The company has no systems, and policies change constantly.
