Doesn't know how to teach

There's a guy named Ah-Hong who really loves talking about how many years he's been doing this, or how things were in the past. None of that has anything to do with me now! What a question mark?

He also really doesn't know how to teach people. I can't understand anything. If I make a mistake after being taught once or twice, he gets impatient. Then don't teach me—every time after he teaches me, I still have to ask someone else.

I also heard from other technicians that he was the one who insisted on teaching me.....I'm really out of luck...
