The twin managers were very kind, willing to provide many opportunities, and very caring toward their subordinates. They would privately buy lots of delicious food and offer plenty of advice. Although I left the company many years ago to pursue opportunities overseas, I still feel somewhat nostalgic. Associate General Manager Chang at headquarters was also a very rational and communicative manager. They provided guidance, care, and understanding not only regarding work matters but also matters outside of work. Overall, my time at TLI was very happy.
There are no significant drawbacks.
