There is water to drink during the interview
The HR department at this company really has issues, and comes across as very unprofessional. Whether it was the interviewers or HR, most of the questions they asked were negative questions (not technical in nature). It made me wonder whether there are some difficult-to-resolve problems internally. The interview questions also suggested that this company has an extremely high turnover rate. What seemed particularly strange was that the interview invitations appeared to be initiated by department managers rather than HR? As for the subsequent interview results, just as people below have commented, they may ghost you (the company's time is precious; the candidate's time is worthless). Even if you ask, they respond with an arrogant attitude, as though they couldn't care less.
Summary:
a. As for how profound the technology at this company is supposed to be, frankly, "not at all."
b. The kind of person this company is looking for is an obedient good kid.
c. If you end up in an unfortunate department, all I can say is that you are extremely unlucky.
d. They want people who look pleasing to them (even if they have little ability, that's fine, as long as they can serve as a headcount) ... This point is extremely important!!!
An interview is actually a two-way process, and both sides must respect each other and interact as equals. But this company seems not to understand that. It gives people the impression that being able to bring you into the company is an act of charity on its part. Unfortunately, it still retains this traditional corporate culture, which has gradually been rejected by people.
Perhaps I just happened to encounter one of the worse departments at this company.
