Pros
You can leave 15 minutes early and eat earlier.
Cons
Poor environment. There’s no air conditioning, so it’s extremely easy to suffer heatstroke in the summer.
There’s absolutely no privacy—the kind of place where they even want to know your birth date and time....
They often blur the line between public and private matters, and you have to handle many of their personal errands.
They won’t approve leave when you need to take time off, and there’s no annual leave either.
