The company is very close to the MRT station
The managers and employees are very young
Seeing everyone at your company working hard to flood this page
shows that the internal employees really care about the company's development. It’s truly heartwarming.
So your company really does flood the reviews—no wonder the negative ones have all disappeared, huh?
Then I have no choice but to repost the old review.
Is this a company that really enjoys going through pointless procedures (?)
Even a junior specialist has to go through a three-stage interview process.
▲ First-stage interview: phone call with HR
The voice sounded young, but the questions also felt insufficiently professional.
At times, it felt a bit repetitive.
▲ Second-stage interview: interview with the team leader
Before scheduling an in-person interview at the company, you first have to fill in basic information and take a logic test.
The logic test questions had not been checked and contained errors.
I also don’t understand how companies that still give logic tests nowadays think they help with the job.
The team leader who conducted the interview that day merely had a brief (purely) chat about the job responsibilities,
and said that HR would discuss the other questions with you later.
I made the trip there just to see the interviewing team leader’s sour face—thanks a lot.
▲ Third-stage interview: HR interview
There was no follow-up....
After reading all the reviews, not being hired by your company is truly something to celebrate.
